My problem with the Show

I think this show is great! Well written but the one problem I have with it is that, Brian never seems to grow at all. Dave and Dina do a lot of growing. So does Nicole. But Brian doesn't really change all that much. Sure he gets a promotion and is now the head boss, but nothing really changes as to how he treats women. He's still Mr. Nice. And it's also as if he's taken a downfall. Instead of going for the intelligent girls like Marjorie, he ends up going out with college co-eds. I mean, come on he's 34. That just pissed me off a little. Atleast date a girl who is 26. Instead of regressing, he should have moved forward.
