Im watching the show Strike Back. Is this a show similar?

Not similar. Strike Back is to The Unit as Fleming is to Le Carre. Not that Strike Back isn't good because I actually liked it. The thing that both series have in common is that towards the end of their runs they both kind of veered off the deep end.

I think this show is far superior. The action in Strike Back is better and there's more of it, but the acting, actors, plot, dialogue and overall production of The Unit is better in my opinion.
