Tonights episode really felt like a series finale.they defeated the bad guy and tied up all the loose ends.

shareIf they hadn't pissed away so many episodes just pulling back characters from the past to say goodbye they could have given the actual story the time it needed to be properly done. Frankly this whole 15th season has been pretty shitty... The ending wasn't as bad Dexter, but the season as a whole was just a mess.

I'm guessing they pissed away too much money on paying for past actors to return this season to be able to afford the CGI needed to give Michael and Lucifer a proper fight scene.

You aren't shocking anyone with that statement. The show has been in a steady decline since season 5 with only a few minor upticks on the spiral to the bottom.
shareWell you thought it couldn't get any worse than Leviathans. But Season 14 was completely pointless with maybe 3 good episodes, and 15 just picked up where 14 left off.
I was hoping that when they announced 15 would be the last that they'd pull out all the stops. But just more of the same, spinning the wheels, bringing characters back from the dead 24/7. It's beyond time to end
