After 12 years of her husband being on the show. I didn't read the whole article but it's all over the net.

That's what I thought. I was surprised she never made an appearance.

Good news heard this from a friend about an hour ago. Took her long enough to finally do it. It will be interesting to see what part she plays, and her role towards the brothers? Will she be trouble like Ruby, and will fans be comparing the two actresses, I can hear it kicking off now! So this will be the second time Jensen and Danneel will be on screen together IF they are on screen at the same time??

I've read that she'll play a character named Sister Jo (Another Jo?) Who is a healer that Lucifer will be drawn to.

I guess it depends if Jensen/danneel want to keep it professional or not. Not saying if they have scenes together doesn't make them professional. But it would be interesting to see them together. I've never seen that movie they were in.

It was 10-inch hero, Jensen was a Punk with spiky hair, been a while since I've watched it mind. I saw that too about her being a sister Jo, I wonder if Lucifer will end up killing her, or she will get one over on him>? that would make a change??

Hope she's a goody...

There's a clip on youtube showing a brief shot of a future episode where Dean looks like he's holding the Book of the Dam. I'm wondering if she is Sister Jo that is somehow connected with that book and she's the one who will send Lucifer back to the cage. Can't find if they said which episode Danneel will be in but am looking forward to seeing her character.

Update. I just found the article. It's on TVGuide website. It says that Sister Jo is a faith healer. Here are parts of the article:
"According to Variety, Danneel Ackles has been given a guest role in Season 13 as a new character, Sister Jo. Sister Jo is described as "a well-known faith healer whose good works attract the attention of someone very, very bad: Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino). A faith healer and the devil? Throw the phrase "walk into a bar" in there, and there's endless amounts of jokes for Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean to make. What's most interesting is that Variety reports she'll make her first appearance in Episode 13, "Devil's Bargain." First appearance implies that she'll be making more than one, turning this little guest role into a potential guest arc."
