The only things you can guess at are from what's listed on the IMdb pages. It's only been announced a week ago, and it is way too early to nail down anything about this series. The only things you can guess at are from the plot outline of the pilot (which as far as I can tell, hasn't even been filmed yet).
My guess is that it's Grey's Anatomy at a Chicago TV Station. Rebecca Rojmin (formerly Stamos) would be like the Dr. Grey and Christina characters on the Grey's Anatomy show. I would guess that Larisa might play a character who essentially fills the same role as the Katherine Heigel or Dr. 007/License To Kill character. Either way would work since she can be the inexperienced one or comic relief with equal skill. I hope it doesn't turn out to be the dorky comic relief character, that Dr. 007/License To Kill Guy on Grey's Anatomy got absolutely no respect at all.
This is only a guess. It's still a long time before the show actually gets on the air, if it even gets that far. Anything could happen.

The pilot has been done for a month, at least.
Yeah, sure, NOW. Check the date when I posted that message. That was way back in August. So far there have been no other episodes added to the IMdb web pages for this show. I check them from time to time.

That was about when I got a copy of the pilot on DVD.

That just means that the production company hasn't released any more info about the show.
I just caught the rerun of Larisa Oleynik's Pepper Dennis episode (Curtis Wilson Is A Total Nut Job).
She performed a dead on impersonation of Danny Devito's Louis DiPalma Character from the series TAXI.
Well Done. Totally hilarious!
