1st time watching
when i saw rebecca wearing a bikini during a commerical, i was like i got to watch this..i can see why this show got cancelled..is there a point to the show

There's no point. It's a screwball comedy. That's all.
I think it's funny but I can see how other people don't.
Pepper Dennis has been called a comedy drama. People who call it that don't know what they're talking about. Whatever drama the show has is only a vehicle for the comedy. PD is not Murphy Brown. It's more like the Three Stooges. There's no significance to the show, no message. It's not intended to be taken seriously. It's a comedy.
