Dear "Scubs/the Loop" fans

Okay I've seen a lot of Scrubs comments on here. My turn to chime in. First off, I love Scrubs. It’s probably my favorite comedy on TV. Having said that, I also love the Loop. I would not say it’s a rip-off. More like it has the say type of humor. Russ/Kelso is probably the closest similarity. But Scrubs would survive without Kelso. The Loop would NOT survive without Russ. I really feel like if you like Scrubs, you'll like the Loop. And vice-versa. I've really been stunned at the amount of Scrubs fans on here that hate this show. And again vice-versa. Sadly, it really doesn't matter. The Loop is doomed. Again with the supposed "Fox Curse."

I also think its worth mentioning:

I like (d) Drive
I like "On the Lot"
Not a big fan of "Arrested Development" - but that’s okay because apparently the fans of the show didn't watch it either

I work "on that lot" (literally) and I dont even like that show.

Go back and watch again. I went from hating that show to loving it in just a few episodes. its really brilliant if you watch it closely. Kitchen Confidential was great too.

as for the fox curse, yes, there is a curse. but there are also a lot of bad shows. Fox takes a risk with a lot of bad shows. I LOVED Northshore like 3 years ago, and that was a terrible show. The OC? terrible, but it lasted a few seasons. here's the bottom line: if the shows were that good, another network would pick them up. it happens.

if season 1 was like scrubs, season 2 was the equivalent of dropping elliot and carla, switching kelso and dr cox's roles in the show, making the janitor nicer and more of a buddy, and making turk over the top. so just like the loop, it would ruin the show.
