I love season 1, and I actually like the time the main character spent at home rather than at work. But seeing as Season 2 is mostly at work and the two girls aren't in it. Is it worth getting? Is it good?

It's still good, but it focuses more on work. I kind of wish they kept both aspects of his life in the show. When I first started watching, I got the impression that the show was supposed to be about how he handled having an executive job, as well as still keeping up with being a young person and the immaturity of his roommates.
I love his scenes at work because Russ is my favorite character, but the home life aspect was a nice part of the show too.
I remember when it was on thinking that the 2nd season had been largely reworked and was terrible as a result.
I liked the first season so much that I'll probably watch them both again sometime soon.
