Why was this cancelled?

This is a FUNNY show! I mean if it wasn't cancelled Bradley probably wouldn't be that famous and Owain wouldn't be on the Mentalist, which I love.
But this show is SO great!
First off, it actually made me LOVE bradley cooper, who I had no interest in before. I didn't like the hangover. It was...boring.
Jacks character was well written and funny.
Jim was so cute and funny, and the butt of many jokes.
Seths never ending crush on Tanya was funny.
Steven was funny. His accent was HOT. His sociopathic criminal tendencies were hot. He is cute on the mentalist, but he seems like such a dope compared to the awesomeness of this character.
The girls and the rest of the crew were just generally entertaining and a good source for a lot of witty banter ;]

Its also about the restaurant biz, and I haven't seen anything like that like...ever.
Just like LIE TO ME, no other show like it, excellent writing, excellent characters STUPID FOX cancels it in the prime of its youth.

Although, he would NEVER be allowed to wear that stupid thumb ring were he a real chef.
