Yes some kid whos been out of school for 5 minutes is going to become a professor. And then design a NY skyscraper.

The bimbo singer who is suddenly a NYC news anchor.

Lilly and being an art buyer with zero experience.

Barney’s job was actually funny and probably the most realistic as we don’t even know what he actually did besides have an office full of Skymall junk.

The best, Marshall becoming a judge after he was an attorney for a whole year.

The show is hilarious in the early years despite Ted being a huge pansy. Once Barney and Robin get engaged the show goes down the toilet.

well they sure had a lot of energy working 10-12 hours shifts which those jobs require at times and then having enough energy and time to go drinking and playing lasertag afterwards..

Barney enjoyed drinking and lasertag the most, and i think he did close to nothing at work.

Lily was also a teacher which was probably as realistic a job as you get in any sitcom.

True very true. Ill take it one step further, her most realistic job was going back to school and acquiring more debt.
