I noticed Robin was mostly (if not always) wearing navy blue or yellow the entire season 7, I was wondering if there was a hidden meaning to that? Something like the countdown they did back in Season 6 (I think) from 50 to 1 then we found out Marshall's Dad had died.

I don't think color symbolism is at all like hints/foreshadowing of a countdown. Obviously yellow is associated with the mother, but my guess is based on your information, it's likely just coincidental and you weren't really paying attention and "mostly" is really more like "occasionally."
Just looking at the stills on the page's wiki, she's wearing a dark maroon dress in "The Best Man", a red top in "Ducky Tie", a gray outfit in "The Stinson Missile Crisis", a light gray shirt and red pants in "Mystery vs. History", a white top with black trip on "The Rebound Girl", and a black outfit with a tan jacket in "No Pressure" and those are just the stills she's in. So really, "if not always?" Can you honestly say you were really paying a lot of attention and you didn't just notice it happening only a couple of times? If yes, feel free to list out the episodes and outfits to your observation. Otherwise, with the plethora of non blue or yellow outfits I saw, I'd say there isn't anything to this observation.
