I think that Jay Mohr and Jaime Kennedy's characters were a waste of money. I know someone will disagree to take up for them.

I disagree.
I didn't like Jay Mohr so much but Jamie Kennedy's character Eli is just great.

They were kind of needed though. But I did not really like Jay Mohr's character.

I LOVED Jay Mohr's character! I could take or leave Eli. I love Jamie Kennedy but they made him look awful! His hair and wardrobe were bad! His hair was too dark and unkempt. And his jackets didn't fit right making him look weird and barrel chested. Normally he's really pretty handsome. Jay Mohr looked great the entire time and I love how his character started off shallow but deepened a bit over time due to his friendship with Melinda. They both served a purpose. They were the light that left after Andrea died. They needed to be light hearted to off set Debbie Downer Delia (just the character- Camryn is an amazing actress!).

I really liked Jay Mohr's character. I've never been a fan of Jamie Kennedy.

Basically they were just sidekicks and sounding boards. I'd rather they had given Jim a bigger part in her "talents" rather than bring in someone else.
