Briem's accent, your opinion

So they're going to air this up here at last, and of course all the promotions are heavily spotlighting "our" Anita Briem being a main cast member :P
What I'm wondering is, what do you native english speaking people think of her accent - convincing/distracting, good/bad?

p.s. they haven't yet aired the first ep. when this is written, so I don't know if the show actually specifies where her character is from (which of course should be taken into account when commenting on her accent)?
