I like it.

too cliché and no real substance to lead into any kind of punchline

Just say NO to censorship!

LOVED IT -- it's SO MUCH better than CSI: New York or CSI: Miami or George Lopez or Cold Case or The King of Queens or Close to Home or Two and a Half Men or Las Vegas or Medium or My Name is Earl or ER or Crossing Jordan or West Wing or Law & Order: Criminal Intent or Fear Factor or The Sopranos.

I read that they're pre-empting the show next Monday (1/16), but that the show is still scheduled for the following Monday. I think this is a great show -- I hope they give it a chance!

To be honest this show would've been more interest if they showed Heather Graham's character off as this huge slut that slept with everything.

Any woman would love this show because it's just like Sex and the City. Any man would love this show because it stars Heather Graham. If you're a man and you don't like this show, I'd say you must be gay, except that this is a great show for gay men too, as it features two prominent gay characters.

I must be gay then, and so is Most of America, because this show sucked, and ABC cancelled it after the first commercial break. Well maybe they left it on for the full 30 minutes, but after one episode it is adios EMILY.

How can ABC put on crap like According to Jim, Grey's Anatomy, George Lopez, Commander and Chief, The Bachelor: Paris, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Crumbs, and Rodney, and take Emily's Reasons Why Not, their best show, off the air?

I can't argue with you, all those shows really suck, especially COMMANDER IN CHIEF. ABC now has only 3 sit coms on the air...maybe they are going in a "different direction"...but after one episode I would hardly call EMILY "thier best show..." What about DANCING WITH THE STARS...(just kidding).

Oh my God, you're right about Commander in Chief. Every episode is the same --Geena Davis tries to prove how tough she is. She was much better as the star of the sitcom "Sara", co-starring Bill Maher and Bronson Pinchot.

You mean a show with Bill Maher & Bronson Pinchot didn't make it? Why, those 2 are Nielsen Ratings Gold! Almost as good as Bert Convy & Fred Travelena.

ill agree that all those shows suck except Grey's Anatomy. i like that one alright. not as good as House though. I dont know how netwroks expect to be succesful if they are neot going to give their shows a chance to find thier audience though. i didnt get to see it but i find it hard to believe it was so bad it only deserved one airing. especially when some of the shows you mentioned are still on. According to Jim? ugh. in fact, i dont think ive been impressed w/a show that had a luagh track in who knows how long. That 70s Show has fallen off so yea, Im not sure there are any shows i watch anymore that have them. well, maybe Reba now and then, but thats more of a time waster. its not like i sit down to watch it on purpose

I don't know, it wasn't that good but it WAS cute. Much better than George Lopez show, or most of whats on, for that matter.
