I didnt watch the pilot, I was skeptical about this whole show from the beginning, I mean, too many ppl who belong in film try to make the jump to tv star and it just doesnt work, but I mean, no pilot gets great ratings, I mean, compared to the other episodes, the pilot episode for friends was bad, the pilot is always about laying down groundwork so you know whats going on with the main character(s), but I mean, how bad could the pilot have been? and why did they pull it after only one episode? what happened on the pilot?

It just had Heather Graham's character (who is a publisher) ending a relationship with this guy because he has all these girls pics in his phone, and then she tells her friends she will make a list of "why not" whenever she is with a guy. She starts dating this guy at work, and all the reasons "why not" point to him being gay, so she dumps him over the company voicemail, saying it's ok he's gay but she can't be with him, and then he checks his voicemail with his friends in the room. OOPS. So HG's enemy at work, this asian chick, tells her the guy is mormon, not gay, so she feels horrible, and tells her friends she will research the reasons "why not" in the future before assuming...
I thought it was a really cute show. I was looking forward to the next one! :(

In case you didn't know, the show was cancelled after the first episode aired. So you will not be able to see a next one.

They used the past tense, I'm sure they were aware it was cancelled.

It sounds like it would have been cooler if her "reason why not" was that she thought he was mormon only to be relieved to find out he was gay.
