I just saw a promo for a new show on FOX and one of the characters was played by Fred Savage. He sure finds work fast if I really saw what I saw.

Not sure which FOX show you are talking about, but it's not Fred. The show has not been canceled. Won't know if it is picked up until the upfronts on May 16.
