Protective booth moments?

I haven't been watching the show for a few years now. Can you guys tell me any specific episodes where someone tried to hurt Bones, hurt her, or did something to her which resulted in Booth becoming protective/fierce.

Thinking of past examples the gang leader he threatened, when he flipped out on Pelant when he sent that message to his phone... Things like that.

I've seen all of them from seasons 1-8 so this would be after 8. I did see the ep where Pelent came back in 9 though.

Season 2 Aliens in a Spaceship when he threatens the man who wrote the book about the gravedigger, Booth threatened him when he said he could not contact the gravedigger. Vega was his name I believe. He was also protective in season 8 Shot in the Dark when Bones was shot and he discovered it was someone working at the Jeffersonian.

Thanks. I should have specified more. I know everything from seasons 1-VERY beginning of 9. Like the first 4 episodes. So I'm looking more after that. I appreciate the quick response though. :)

Season 9 finale he snapped a bad guy's neck when they tried to hurt Brennan.

And another favorite from Season 5 Harbingers where Booth kicks down the door and shoots the bad guy dead. "I got you baby" he tells Brennan.
