Repeating scenes...

I just started watching this show, and I'm only on the second episode. Is it me, or are there repeating scenes? Like in the second episode, the part where Dixon is interrogated in front of the team of Ethics, it's the exact same dialogue as the same episode. And the scene where Owen sees Nathalie standing on top of the building, that's the exact same scene from the first episode. Can anyone explain this?

I'm guessing the scenes from pilot you and I have both seen wasn't aired? As in a shortened version of the pilot was what was broadcasted, and those cute scenes were put into the second episode. That's just what i think.
