Bedford? I was born there!

I don't know if this is the same Bedford that the title of the show is referring to, but I was born here in a town called Bedford in England, where I still live.

For those of you that have never heard of it, it is the birthplace of comedian Ronnie Barker, and it is also famous for being the home of John Bunyan and more recently Paula Radcliffe the runner. Andy Johnson, the top English striker in soccer's Premiership, also went to my school. Batman Begins was also filmed here.

This Bedford is the name of a fictional college in New York. The show is about a group of people at this school, thus the name. Hope that helps. :-)

I'd actually rather have it take place in England. Everything takes place in New York. The TV execs need to switch it up a bit, in my opinion. :-)

I came from bedford Va but it's less of a town or a place and more of a physicalisation of boredom itself.

Haha, I live there right now. While it is boring, it's a cute little town with friendly people. Then again I only live here in the summers; I go to college in Roanoke during the year. And I'll be in London this semester! :)

Bedford New Hampshire. Home of Sarah Silverman. Also resided in by wrestler HHH and Chyna, and the man who founded a burger chain called McDonald's.

I was hoping that it was about a neighborhood in Brooklyn called Bedford, i.e. northwestern Williamsburg. Oh well.

I live in Bedford, England as well! I'm Hungarian, but I'll be here for a year. Is that true the Batman Begins was filmed here? lol! I wanna go that place! :)

Yeh it was filmed in Cardington hangers (the big metal buildings), apparently they're coming back to film the sequel there later this year!
