Well maybe he lives a very clean lifestyle that involves eating right, working out and not participating in activities that are detrimental to your health like partying too much. And thus because of this he has been labelled as a geek because he doesn't know how to let lose and abuse his body.

but i too was surprised by his body. it just shows you, geeks are alot more complex than we thought, some of them actually try to look physically fit albeit they may have little/no social skills.

Most serious bodybuilders are geeks. Think about it, hours analyzing meals for protein/carb/fat content. Eating weird nasty things. Skipping going out because you don't want to eat fast food or popcorn with your friends at the movies. Not spending time with your girlfriend because you want to lift weights instead of talking on the phone. Hours in isolation working out. Constantly reading up on science and anatomy articles to find which method works/which bodypart you need to work on. Etc etc.

How does that NOT sound like a geek?

nah, you got it wrong. anyone can be smart and/or educated in one subject. a geek is what a person looks like.

Geek is not a bad looking person.

Hours in the gym? lol.

Hardly, if he eats well, then 1hr * 3-4 times a week is more than enough.

reply

1 hour 3-4 times is enough without assistance.

With assistance he can have up to 2 hour work outs, five times a day.
