I dont have ABCfamily..so I never saw the show. But when browsing TV Shows on DVD..I came across "Beautiful People". It looked interesting. And tagline read "Dawsons Creek with a bit of My So-Called life".
Would you guys agree?
And it is 45 bucks..so without having seen it, I wanna make sure it's good enough! Thanks for your opinions!

Well I really like beautiful people and I watched it every week so would I recommed you buy it? It's really up to you. Yes in ways it's like Dawson's Creek, but in ways it's different. All in all it's a really good t.v show to me. I hope that helps.
sharei dont think its liek DC at all, aside from the part about it being set in high school.. some of ti anyway. and i've never watched my so called life.but i think teh 1st season was waaaay better than the second. MHO.

shareI've been wanting to buy the DVD for a long time now, since it became available. You can find slightly used BP DVD sets for less than $20 on Amazon.com. I do recommend buying it though, I wish they would still play re-runs at least. They just kind of left us hanging without anything.

shareWell I barely watched DC and My So-Called Life so I can't make accurate comparisons of the shows. However, I love this show and was very disappointed when it got canceled. I recommend you get it on dvd for the lowest price you can find.
