The four-year-old and profanity

I notice that the little girl (along with any other young child actors) is always offstage when really bad language is uttered by the adults on this show.

Is someone backstage covering her ears so she doesn't hear what they're saying? I wonder what the laws governing treatment of child actors have to say about this.

Not a thing. This is a parental issue. If the parents want to keep cashing their kids' checks they become okay with this sort of thing real quick.

I would say that the reason the kid is off screen when the swearing happens is b/c most parents (real or fictional) try to only do that when the kids aren't around. It has nothing to do with laws.

Hopefully they covered their ears to block all the terrible, unfunny jokes on this "sitcom". Just suffered through the furst 2 episodes. No more. puke.

"Louie" is funny, though.

I thought it was okay. Had some great lines. Some other jokes were misses.

I've seen much worse. 2 Broke Girls?
