Does anyone know when this movie is going to be released? I was hoping for it to be part of the Berlinale program in 2006 but that's obviously not the case.

I saw the trailer on TV yesterday and it says "November 2007"

I'm looking forward to it.

Hallo,

I saw this impressing movie today at my local cinema in Germany. My video library announced that the movie would be for rent from the first week in June 2007. The selling date was not announced until now.

Der Letzte Zug was released more or less a year ago on DVD in my country but I just saw it recently.

The story is really hard but also touching. I wonder if it's based on a real story. The DVD I watched was practically barebones and I haven't found more info about it on the web.
