Film or video? If video, what format? Does anyone know?

I love the way this film looks. I've heard that Costa now only shoots on digital, but I'm not sure if that move was pre- or post- Colossal Youth.

DV. Apparently he shot 300 1-hr tapes.

I know it's a long shot, but Anyone know what camera?

I attended the LA screening of this at the REDCAT last year and at the Q&A the director said he shot it on a Panasonic DVX100B. Really amazing what he was able to do with it, because he originally was trained working with film cameras, he treated the DVX100B the same way.

it's true. he used the same camera for In Vanda's Room.
