6.6 Rating, Are You Serious!!!

Boy was I so surprised when I saw the current rating for the E-Ring.
A 6.6 is ludicrous! This action drama was one of the very best of
the new prime time shows when it debuted back in 2005-06. I just
gave it my own rating of 8.0. E-Ring didn't deserve the fate it
got from the idiotic execs. over at NBC, they pulled it off of
the schedule to make way for the winter olympics and then after
the games were over the network didn't even place the show back
on its original night. They moved it to different nights without
keeping E-Ring on one night consistently and NBC kept overhyping
and overpromoting the ridiculous game show Deal Or No Deal.
This show got way too much promotion and to this day is so overrated
while E-Ring didn't even get close to the promotion and marketing
that such an excellent scripted drama of this caliber deserved!
At least the powers that be finally had the good sense to finally
cancel DOND after producing it for the past 4 years. It didn't even
deserve to stay on the air for this long and E-Ring deserved a
second season. NBC won't even admit to their foolish mistake of
cancelling this excellent series for fear of looking stupid and
they still haven't released it onto dvd for fans like myself to
be able to buy and enjoy watching. You'd think that the network
would want to recoup the lost revenue from the show's cancellation
by putting it out onto dvd so they could earn a profit from dvd
sales?! Well I won't give up hope for a dvd release and perhaps
it'll be released eventually. And former executive producer, creator
and writer Ken Robinson who'd supported E-Ring very strongly also
wants a dvd release as well. He even says so on his imdb page.
Well this is all I've got to say about E-Ring and now that
Dennis Hopper is stricken with cancer this show will never come
back to prime time!
