what happend...?

I'm not sure what you mean by what happened to Valentina? Do you mean did they find out that she really wasn't married to Santos? It happened quite a while ago. The Priest wasn't ordained when he married them, so there was no marriage. She realized it wasn't Maria Teresa who had her kidnapped and tortured her - so she went off to Europe with the Doctor who saved her to study.

Maria Teresa was transformed from being burned and really only has vague memories of it and they were told by Sabila not to think of it or discuss it. She and Santos had 3 more girls (I think) then a set of twin boys finally. Everyone lives happily ever after and she is seen arguing with Santos on the Range because he is telling the girls to do something and the boys to help him round up cattle. So it looks Maria Teresa is arguing with him about treating the girls differently. The last scene shows them all running and playing in the pasture.

I am not good at this so maybe someone else will pitch in here and tell you. lol There was so much going on.
