To me, the plot seems kind of petty. Starting a newspaper to expose secrets about people? That just seems like the kind of thing when I think that they oughta have better things to do.

it is petty. but kids have also done it in real life for revenge. but we'll see since it is just a tv-movie.

It doesn't really seem like an original plot at all, but I'm looking forward to seeing it anyhow. ABC family now has it on their website, but I haven't seen any promos for it on TV yet.
