World's Best Soundtrack

I just heard the soundtrack of Gandhi my Father the film

and I can assure you this is the best Soundtrack ever from India and for any Indian film

I am unable to find the composer as the offical Audio lauch has not happend

Can someone tell me who is the out of the world composer?

The composer is a guy by the name of Piyush Kannojia. And there was no audio launch because there were technically no songs in the movie except re-done hindu hymns like "Raghupati Raghav" [which was done brilliantly].
