To me, its 80% delivery - something about the way he does the last line just cracks me up, every single time. Brilliant.

For me it's almost all delivery. None of Jamie's lines are particularly clever, like Malcolm's are. They're mostly just plain insults but the way he says them are great. Too bad Jamie doesn't appear in the later episodes. They should've brought him back for the enquiry ep. at least.
