Which sequels from popular movie franchises were most underrated and overlooked???

My ideas:

Mission: Impossible 3
RoboCop 2
RoboCop 3
Alien 3
Lethal Weapon 3
Die Hard 2
Jurassic Park 3
House 2: The Second Story
House 4
Resident Evil: Apocalypse
Resident Evil: Extinction
Scream 3
Nightmare On Elm Street 4: The Dream Master
Predator 2
Moonraker
Rambo 2
Rambo 3
Blade: Trinity
X-Men: The Last Stand
Mortal Kombat 2

Most of them are my guilty-pleasures!

Alien 3, although left in a bit of a messy edit by the studio, is hugely under-appreciated.

M:I 3 and Predator 2 are also solid.

Most of the others....not so much. ?
