Has its flaws but still very funny, original, moving and has great characters. And it doesn't exploit it's premise by being "sappy" or something. 4/5

I'm asking because I'm a fan of the band, and JJ talks about the song in the book, I was hoping it for be in the movie too, ha

Hi! A fan of the band as well :) Unfortunately it did not and JJ did not mention the song either :( I guess a lot from the book was left out of the movie

That's a shame. I understand that with film adaptations, many little details from the book end up being left out, but I was hoping that the song would at least play at some point. Anyways, glad you enjoyed the film, I'm really looking forward to seeing it

Can somebody tell me a few things about this film and there isn't much on the Parents Guide.

Is they any sex and nudity?
How violent is the film?
