I wish they would make another Evil Dead video game.

I wish they would make another Evil Dead video game.
I've played Hail to the King, Fistfull of Boomstick, and Regeneration...and I liked them all.
Yes, the controls for Hail to the King sucked, and Fistfull of Boomstick had it's own set of problems...but I think the games keep on getting better as they go along.
Although easy and a bit repetitive, I absolutely loved Regeneration.

Does anyone else want to see more Evil Dead video games (with our beloved Bruce Campbell of course)?
And does anyone have anything specific they would like to see in the game?
Better graphics...certain storyline...anything?

Hail to the King, baby.

AGREED!! Here Here! I absolutely loved the games. They were definitely fun to play and worth the $$. I hope they come out with something like that again.....plus, I didn't even know they existed! I had to search and find them.

The next Evil Dead game should have a version for the Wii where you you use the Wiimote as the control for the chainsaw arm, and the nunchuck for the boomstick.

and take place in the Cabin! hail to the king had it right. I loved the spooky cabin, and surrounding area with the boy scout camp, redneck house etc..

the others had much better gameplay, but lacked the whole woods and cabin feel.

I'd love to see another Evil Dead game.

There are plans for a fourth Evil Dead movie, so maybe we will get a game based on the movie.

However, if that doesn't happen, as for a new game, I disagree with ChefFlick about setting the game in the cabin. Evil Dead: Hail to the King already did that. We've seen Ash in the cabin 3 times already. As much as it would be fun to do the cabin and the woods again, it's already been done. Why would Ash go back to it a second time?

The game should go in another direction, but not too much where it doesn't feel like Evil Dead, and continue on from Fistfull of Boomstick, since Regeneration was set in an alternate timeline of events.

Evil Dead: Regeneration was fun to play, but it didn't really feel like Evil Dead. Not as much as Hail to the King and Fistfull of Boomstick did. Not to mention it was easy, and I beat it in just a couple of days.

Hell, I'd even welcome a Remake of Hail to the King with updated graphics, better voice acting, a better control system, and new/extra enemies and side missions. Kind of like the Resident Evil Remake. That would probably be the most logical thing to do, IF we absolutely must go back to the cabin again.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
