Where does it ever explain his scar? It was in unexplained how he got it in Episode 2 movie,and so far I havnt saw a episode tellin how he got it,unless its past season 2.

The 3D series and 2D cartoon never explain how he got the scar, we just know Anakin has it by the start of the 3D story ("Cat and Mouse" chronologically) while the 2D cartoon first shows him with it in Chapter 22 the night the Skywalker twins are conceived.

He gets it in the Clone Wars (aka Republic) comics in a battle against Ventress. It's a great scene. Look it up on wookipedia for the issue.

Asajj Ventress gives it to him in the older Clone Wars 2D cartoon.

Like the other replies he got it in a fight against ventress. But that is not canon anymore so unless there is a better explanation ventress gave that scar to him.

i actually own the issue (and all the dark horse run for that matter) where he gets it.

The early new canon is kind of useless. It doesn't explain Anakin's scar or Grievous's weird cough, both explained in the now-non-canon 2D cartoon. Clone Wars added a little bit of lore--mostly cliff notes of the original EU--but failed to explain other things.
