I see a lot of flaws with their solutions

I've only seen one episode thus far but a couple of problems I've seen is the 8 foot security gate they installed but rest of the fence is a 4 foot chainlink, the security plate covering the basebent window is bolted down by what looks like a hex-bolt, Lo jack isn't useful if the thief checks under the steering wheel wear they installed it, the 4 digit code key holder code be easily removed and accessed.

I do like the motion sensor lights, the camera, and vault installed.

The new gate is there so people cant drive up to the house. So now if they wanted to still stuff they would have to walk the lenght of the driveway.

the 4 digit code key holder can be stolen and accessed, yes you're right...

but first of all, criminals arent that determined (and usually are pretty dumb) so i dont think they would take the time to gain access to the key

second of all, if someone actually did take the time to break open that key holder it would porbably be enough time for the homeowners to notice that the key holder is gone and take the appropriate measures to keep the person from gaining access into the house (most likely by changing the locks)

No matter what you do to your house, a really determined thief will find a way in. The purpose of everything on the show is to make the thief think twice and find another house that's easier. It's not about 100% keeping the thief out, but if one house takes you 10 minutes to break into, and another takes you 2... which one if you were a thief, would you pick?

Right, a skilled and determined thief can pretty much break into any house. The time and effort varies. The best thing they do is get people to install legit safes in their homes and not keep things lying around. No house is 100% secure, but any action you can take to delay a criminal from breaking in is good. Thief's want to be in and out as swiftly as possible.
