Ruthless businessman practices on Phase II

While I will always respect and admire James for all of the hard work that he has put into the production(methods that have dealt with honesty and integrity), there are some things that I will NOT condone him for concerning a couple of issues.

1. His lack of communication when it comes to an important matter.

2. Some of the methods that he has used, concerning his rise to success. Dishonest and ruthless methods that even J.R. from Dallas would have notoriously used at the expense of others.

I spoke with a friend recently(a P2 worker)and what I learned was quite disgusting and disappointing. What my friend said was the following:

"There's another controversy going on with James in the Klingon Costume page. He took money for a bunch of pins, said he mailed them and no one has gotten them in over 7 months. He's taking money and not delivering on orders. He does it all the time. He has been banned as a supplier."

The last time he did something like this involved a business deal with Starship Farragut staff(who are also of lesser character and integrity - they stole sets from a rival Star Trek fan film production based in Oklahoma). And it also concerned the amount of $1000.00 and the purchasing of uniform fabrics.

All I can say is this. While James Cawley and his staff will no doubt deny this after this has been seen, I would like to point out the following. Like dealing with Farragut Films, be careful what you use your money on concerning a Phase II production.

It may be misused for other purposes.

SMH. Throwing aside morals and ethics in the name of competition can certainly put a negative tarnish...if not blemish on the good name of Star Trek, itself.
