Something that bugs me about the reviews...

In almost every review on the internet from some parent group or something, there's a note at the ending that SPOILERS paretns should tell their kids that love cannot really bring someone or something back from the dead. I'm sorry, but I find this kinda annoying. I know that they have to tell these kids this, I think, but look at Beauty and teh Beast! The reviews for that movie aren't filled with the "love can't bring back the dead!" I realize that in BatB it wasa spell, nothing to do with science, but come on!
SPOILERS END
I'm sorry, just my two cents worth of ranting.

Anyone else feel this way?

I agree with you. i really don't think that kids are going to grow up believing that love can bring back the dead after watching this film, parents should give their kids a little credit!

the main difference between the lilo & stitch films (and the series) and films like beauty & the beast is that lilo & stitch isn't a fairy tale and so it has no spells which can bring dead persons to life or something like that.

Stitch is a twisted fairy tale. I am sure children know that this film is out there as much or even more than Beauty and the Beast.

Stitch is an alien who lands in Hawaii and is mistaken for a dog. He's later taken in by a little girl who goes out and trys to 'help' his alien cousins. Not as pretty as Beauty and the Beast, but I still like it a alot for it's creativity.

I see your point. It's common sense, and we don't need it constantly hammered into our heads.
