I don't understand why Anna would have made that revelation at her wedding about her biological father. I didn't think she was angry at either of her parents. And she didn't seem to be so drunk to just accidentally blurt it out.
shareshe didnt realize at the wedding that jacob was her father. her mother had told her years before that jorgen wasnt her real father. after jacob arrived (and after the wedding) jorgen and helene tell anna that the mystery father she thought was gone for good is actually jacob.
so really there were no revelations made on anna's part.
I don't see it that way. Regardless of whom the biological father was, isn't it still unusual to at your wedding that your mother was pregnant with you by someone else before she got married?

I agree with the OP. It all seemed a little too convenient. Anna even starts out by saying it is not common for the bride to give the toast. Then she not only tell the crowd that Jorgen is not her bio father, but also happens to drop her age, 20, so that her true bio father, unwittingly sitting there among the guests, can figure out it must be him. Of course Anna does not know her bio father is there, just saying I think this is a weakness of the script.

I think it's rather common for people to "spill their guts" on serious occasions like weddings and anniversaries... and Anna sharing this story to tell Jørgen how much he means to her is a fine example... my brother kinda did the same thing at our parents silver anniversary.. telling everybody he knocked up a girl and was going to be a dad and thanked our parents for their love and support... I think that was what Anna was trying to do also.... maybe it's just very Danish ;)
