So many goofs I swear they were on purpose

In the scene when they are eating toast (freaking hilarious!) the toast in Jack's hand changes so much it didn't seem like an accident...
There wer a few others I noticed too.

Does anyone else think they may have been left in there on purpose?

Jack Black's "excitement" was the funniest part.

It's supposed to be like Kip's nachos and cheese in Napoleon Dynamite that kept changing. The same production company did both movies.

There was a lot of wrestling rule goofs, like Nacho pinning Ramses outside of the ring and wrestlers being eliminated under the bottom rope in the battle royal, it's normally over the top rope like in WWE's Royal Rumbles.

When he first serves everyone salads for dinner, when he is preparing the one for encarnacion it changes multiple times.
