Why was this movie only released in the UK, I was only able to see it on-demand but was thoroughly disapointed.

I saw it opening weekend in Canada. Though mind you, that was like, two years ago.
Also I'm planning on buying a copy, and it's still available at plenty of retailers.
I'm in America and you can get it at Blockbuster and most libraries...

It was released in the States (although I'm not sure if it was wide-release). It didnt' seem to last long
shareThey released it for, like, a week in selected theatres. Then they said "oh, it didn't do well in the US. We shouldn't make a sequel." But they are! Yay!!!
shareNo, it was released in the US, just not for a very long time, or in many places. I was going to drive out of state to go see it, but a few days before we had planned to leave, the pulled it off of the website. I was incredably dissapointed.
