Seriously, did they grab half of these people off the street or something? I find it hard to believe that the main character and a few others ever did a day of Drama School! Stephen Fry was good but the rest were just...poor!
shareI watched this with my twin nephews because they've gotten into the series and I found it on sale at a Target (so it is available in the US). For me, Alicia Silverstone was the worst part of the movie. Every time she was on the screen she brought the movie down a level or two. Her overacting and weird facial expressions were quirky when she was in Clueless but now that she's older they just make her look strange.

shareI think you will find that most of the acting was deliberate in order to make it a parody of the acting in Bond films.

And may I ask where the audience is able to "find" this information? The production crew and the actors clearly aimed low and got what they deserved. When you aim for the lowest common denominator in terms of audience and produce something that can't hold its own, it will be a failure.
And this is a failure if there ever was one.
So bad that i turned it off..
