I was pretty stoned whilst watching the duration of Down the P.C.H. & I can't remember whether Garrett ended up paying the $30,000 to Doc or not, can anyone fill me in?

I think Noah paid him back. But I also didn't think Noah borrowed that much from DOC because he said to Garrett after taking the money from Doc something like "will this help you until you get the bank thing straightened out " So I don't know.
