So did Amy...? (spoilers)

I was wondering about the scene near the end where Amy hears Jerry shouting "Fly Me to the Moon" at the top of his lungs and hopping around on the carpet he bought. Amy tells him he is "crazy" and "on another planet" but she seems charmed by his antics. So do they get together or what? What is the significance of this scene? What does everybody think?
