DUDE! u like read my mind! The effects were so different and ORIGINAL!
I also thought that the script was believable. Another pleasant surprise. I have to admit I expected low-budget waste of $3.95.
The editting was top notch as well. The movie caught me unaware like the old ones I remember as a kid. I jumped a couple of times and wondered "what was that?? - Oh it's originality!"
great movie, I gave it a 9 out of 10. There was still something "low-budget" about it that didn't make it an all out believable movie. But the script, FX, plot, acting... yeesh I forgot the actors. They did a marvelous job - so authentic and unposed (no posers here!) that I could sit back and "relax" (on the edge of my seat :) and enjoy the suspense.
