I didn't like Jason Isaacs as Michael. He is Jewish from Liverpool, for gods sake. Under no stretch of the imagination is he Irish. He could have been Moe but I am sure its not a role big enough for him.
The actor playing Moe was too good looking and clean cut to be a scuzzy psycho hit man. He could have been Michael.
I do love the series, though
I actually thought Isaacs was one of the few strong actors on this show. Watching a show like this makes you realize in hindsight just how important, and powerful, the cast of The Sopranos was. Most of the cast just did not carry the screen presence needed at all. Kevin Chapman is night and day from his character on Person of Interest so I have new respect for him
But really, there were not many stand outs on this show, above Isaacs and Chapman.
