i usually download new episodes of this and aqua teen on the monday after it aires. after six episodes i am no longer finding new squidbillies although i am still getting new aqua teens. also noticed the wikipedia page on squidbillies episodes hasnt updated to include a seventh episode. Did they do another really short season like season 7? pretty dissapointing if so i want more!

it usually airs with Aqua Hunger Teen Force and it didn't the other day
so i think that is it for the season :(
at least we got 3 more ep's than last year though..
This is all likely due to the stupidity of the Breaking Bad schedule, season 5 had 7 episodes starting August 2012 then after a year break they "continued" season 5 with the last 7 episodes of the series in 2013. Even worse season 1 had exactly 7 episodes before switching to season 2.
It seems that all shows are shortening and screwing with their schedules, breaking for a couple months then airing the other half of the season.
It's all pretty f'ing annoying imo.
breaking bad season 1 was supposed to be longer but was cut short due to that big writers strike that was going on... it was all over the news at the time i think it was called writers guild of america strike or something similair... and season five was split over two years with 8 episodes in each half not 7. i thnk they split that season up just to milk the show because it was ending and had gained such enormous popularity by that time. i cant say i understand why you think squidbillies having a short season is "likely due to the stupidity of the breaking bad schedule" since the two shows have nothing to do with one another. dave willis is co creator of both this and aqua teen and works on a whole lot of other stuff as well. so him being busy is probably more likely why seasons have been a little shorter.
i was still pleased with 9 episodes this time around more then i expected and we got a half hour one
