Early's ring tone

There is an episode where Early's ring tone sings the lyrics:

Do a little drinkin'

Raise a little hell

Howling at the moon...

They actually play the song again in the newer episode where he cuts out the Jesus painting. It's playing on the radio when the Sheriff wakes him up from a stupor to tell him the people are waiting.

I thought for sure this was a real song but I cannot for the life of me find out what it is here on the scribbly box interwebs. PLEASE if anybody knows the song and it is a real song please let me know.
