Do any1 no why Charles Napear left the show?

He left because this show wasn't going through the actor's union, and he didn't want to mess with the drama, e.g. getting into trouble with SAG. (RIP, by the way) If you google long enough you'll find it in an interview w/ the shows' creators.

Charles Napier died October 5, 2011. I believe he was long off the show before then, though.
