How many movies does this use stock footage from?

I hear it uses a lot of stock footage from other films, which ones?

Active Stealth, Navy Seals are those I know of

The F-16 footage is all taken straight from Iron Eagle. (The first one.) The sequence where they are showing the painter's "marking the wrong target", all that footage is from Iron Eagle.

Let us not also ignore the tons of F-14 shots from Top Gun.

Ironic that Iron Eagle and Top Gun came out the same year and were rival movies and footage from both movies ends up in this one.

I always wondered if I was the only person who noticed all the stock footage. They must have had an extremely low budget and spent it all on getting Snipes to act in the movie.

Thanks I thought the jet blowing up on the ground looked a little off compared to the other views in his memory. It looked like it taken from a defense contractor's test.

If anyone would like to see a movie with a lot of stock footage, I would recommend "the Battle Of Midway" aka "Midway"

They actually took a whole scene of dialouge from the straight to video movie 'Active Stealth'. It was the scene of the fighter pilot talking to the carrier captain.
