Attention MODDERS (if it makes a difference, prefer from US)

Hey I was wondering about a type of mod that I'm surprised I've not really heard about. Is there someone out there who could make a mod that applies to both parts of Doom 3 (main game and RoE add-on)? A mod where you can aquire every weapon on both parts. For instance, play RoE and be able to have all weapons on there plus the chainsaw and Soulcube. My primary concern is to be able to have the soulcube and artifact together. I know there is a mod already where it consists of 1 file to add in the D3XP folder which gives you the chainsaw from the start to very end. So that's why I mostly focusing on the Soulcube. Hell, b/c I mean if there was something made for just adding the soulcube for RoE you could just use that and the mod for chainsaw and have every single weapon from the base game AND the new ones for RoE, so it's just all additions and no replacements! So like if you type "give all" it'd give you everything from the main and expansion parts.

And of course since I said apply to both, be able to play the main game and have everything from it AND RoE(Double barrel shotgun, grabber, the artifact). So just like RoE type "give all" on main game and it gives you all that. Another thing for aquiring souls for the artifact on the main game, I guess if it's possible to make all the corpses with the red glow and able to use them for the artifact(?).

And last be able to spawn the new RoE demons on the main game ( meaning playing through the main game of course). Thanks for anyone's reply and potential service!
