Why did the professor have lunch with the girl i think her name was rei and then that other guy from the movie crew come and say they were married?

yeah i felt this was somewhat of a bad joke myself. the professor has asked the crew member to arrange a dinner date, but then this same crew member comes back and indeed reveals he's actually married to the girl (which i found very hard to believe)

what about the girl who was dating the guy who went mountain climbing? did she kiss the lead actor who was kind of gay?

yeah, she kisses the director and the male lead iirc. but later on confesses to her mountain climbing boyfriend that she found the experience horrible.
